A little feed for my girl's

I'd had the odd day here and there where I saw bees flying, but with the weather being nice one day and then horrid the next, thought the girls might be suffering, silly really as once into the bee area we saw loads of bees flying from both hives, hive 1 (on the left) was left with a full super of honey so I was not too worried about these bees, but hive 2 only had the brood box and a light feed back in October, so I made up a sugar paste mix, once opened the bees looked healthy enough, but I added it anyway, roll on spring/summer when we can get the flow frames on both hives
